EFT Tapping is an evidence-based method shown to significantly reduce anxiety scores as well as reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
It works so well because it taps into both the mind AND the body, addressing the mental, emotional and physical aspects of our being (which is important because the experience of anxiety happens on a holistic level - meaning we feel anxiety throughout our whole being).
EFT calms and regulates the nervous system (takes the body out of a stress state and into a rest state - i.e. you feel calm and grounded), and helps us to release uncomfortable/stressful thoughts and emotions (i.e. helps reduce anxious thoughts, negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, etc).
The practice is also simple and works quickly, which is super important when you're in a state of anxiety.

These 45 minute sessions consist of a short journal prompt exercise, guided EFT Tapping meditation, and a few minutes of sharing/discussion at the end.
Yes! All live meditations will be recorded and replays will be available to you for 30 days after the program. This is great for anyone who can't attend live, as well as allows you to come back to the meditations again if you'd like.
Yes! Participation in the TAP Program is very flexible. Not only are all of the live meditations recorded for later access, but all content provided inside of the program is available to you for 30 days (meaning you can easily come back to it). I definitely encourage live participation to get the most out of the program, but you'll also get tons of value from having access to this content for 30 days afterward.
