Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
Payment Information
We use third parties to process payment. These third parties handle any payment card information and other information you provide to them in accordance with their privacy policy. By making any payments via The Product, you authorize us to provide your payment card information to third party sites. We also share information with other third parties who provide services to us, such as hosting, analytics, web site management, information technology, and other similar service providers.
International Users
If you are visiting our website from the European Union (“EU”) or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, then please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your Personal Information to Canada and processing globally. Accordingly, your Personal Information may be made available to law enforcement agencies in Canada under a court order or other applicable law. By providing your information to the website, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy.

Legal Basis for Processing. If you are in the EU, we will collect and process your personal data:
To perform our responsibilities under our contract with you;
When we have a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your personal data in order for us to run a successful commercial organization;
