The practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) helps to soothe our nervous system, reducing stress hormones in our body.
It consists of physically tapping on a series of specific points, which sends a calming response to the body and mind.
The practice also consists of verbally acknowledging any uncomfortable emotions. This helps to process and release these emotions, as well as begins repatterning the habits of our mind that are no longer serving us.
When we calm the nervous system with EFT, we can be more present and in flow with life, and are more connected to our intuition.
All of this naturally shifts us into alignment with our authentic selves. Your authentic self is that version of you where you feel your absolute best and are magnetic to all of your dreams and desires!

I’m Jen, a Coach and EFT Tapping Practitioner. The core of what I do is help other sensitive souls shift into alignment with their authentic selves and reconnect to their intuition. I believe that we all have a deep wisdom inside of us, and can access all of the answers we seek if we simply tune in.
I’m empathic, intuitive and a highly sensitive person (HSP). I’m a 3/5 Generator in Human Design, and an Aries sun / Taurus moon.
The practice of EFT Tapping found me when I needed it most. I began tapping every single day, and haven’t stopped since! It nourishes my mind, body and soul in a way that nothing ever has. After one particular tapping session, I remember sitting in meditation and felt what I can only describe as the embodied energy of EFT come to me. It told me that I had to share this with my community and that this practice is meant for me. And so it is.
