Hi love! I'm Jen.
I help women find relief from stress and anxiety using the practice of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique).
I found tapping through my own journey with stress and anxiety. I’ve always struggled with anxiety and as a sensitive person, have been prone to a range of nervous system and energy imbalances, as well as struggles with self-worth and confidence.
Tapping has been instrumental in healing my nervous system and helping me move through blocks (thought patterns, limiting beliefs) that were holding me back in life.
I believe that through calming the nervous system and processing our emotions with EFT, we naturally shift into alignment with our authentic selves and become magnetic to all of our dreams and desires!

I am naturally a very anxious person. Although I'm also naturally introspective this challenge helped a lot by guiding that process and identifying feelings and triggers that I had trouble accessing or seeing before. - Chris

This program reminded me that I have the power and ability to shift during the day. I don't have to allow whatever came up (challenging situations, negative energy, resistance in my self worth) to build up and continue throughout the day. I carry a lot of weight of others energy and EFT has really been so helpful in release and just honoring myself a bit more. I want to preface this by saying that I am so grateful to have found Jen and the Alignment Membership. I'm at a time in my life where things are shifting and changing very fast, some of it good, and some of it feels like it's crushing me. The tapping meditations have helped ease my stress & anxiety like no meditation has ever been able to do before. I have had major breakthroughs in some of my meditations, so much so that one of my early morning meditations caused me to break down and cry. It was a good cry, I needed it. I have never tried tapping before. I was pleasantly surprised with how effective it was after the first time doing it. Jen‘s voice is very calming and soothing to listen to. In fact, I listened to some of the recordings a couple of times throughout the week to help address some stored emotions. If you are sitting on the fence about whether to try this or not, it is definitely worth a try! It’s a gentle and quick practice that can be done almost anywhere night or day. - Sara
